Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
